 Accepted Use
All customers must follow the guidelines stated below:
1. No spam (Includes email, cell phones, SMS, etc)
2. No piracy hosting (Software, Music, Movies, etc)
3. No Illegal content
4. You must follow Federal and California State internet laws
5. No Child pornography
Failure to follow the guidelines stated above could result in your account being terminated with no refund.

 Security
Both us and the customer have to help toward being as secure as possible. We do our part in DDoS attacks, brute force attacks, and php security. And you have to do your part by keeping your account information secure. Do not give it out to anyone not trusted and create passwords with letters, numbers, and characters. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOUR FOR YOUR INFORMATION OR MAKE YOU LOGIN ON A OUTSIDE URL. Double check the URL and make sure it is www.ddoshostingsolutions.com before putting any information in.

 Customer Information
DDoS Hosting Solutions keeps all customer information confidential. No information will be shared or given out. DDoS Hosting Solutions does not sell your personal information to any companies or third party.

 Suspension/Termination
If you fail to pay on time, your account could be suspended or terminated. Invoices are automatically created from our billing department and are emailed to you. Failure to pay your invoice on time, your account will be suspended 48 hours after the missed payment and late fees will be added. After 14 days without payment, your account will be automatically terminated. At any time, we has the right to terminate your account with or without a reason.

 Bandwidth Overage
Bandwidth overage fees are in effect. If you pay ahead of time for extra transfer then the price is a lot cheaper. If you go over your given transfer quota, then their will be a overage fee. (1 Gb Transfer Overage -- $2.00)

 Data/Backups
We are not responsible for creating backups for the customer. It is solely the customers responsibility to backup their own data.

 Payments
Currently we are only accepting payment via paypal (www.Paypal.com). Paypal supports both credit cards and bank accounts. Simply create a paypal account, and add your credit card or bank account.

 CPU Usage
Your hosting account can be suspended if it utilizes more than 45% of our CPU for a prolonged period of time; or if your hosting account affects other users hosted on the same server as your account.
