 Accepted Use
All customers must follow the guidelines stated below:
1. You must not use our service to send spam
2. You may not host or use pirated software
3. You must follow the Federal laws of the USA along with California's local and state laws
4. You may not host child pornography (regular adult content is OK)
5. You may not host anything else illegal that may not have been listed above
6. You may not be abusive towards our staff
Failure to follow the guidelines stated above will
result in your account being terminated with no refund.
Customer Privacy
DDoS Hosting Solutions keeps all customer information confidential. A customer's information will never be shared unless compelled by a court order. DDoS Hosting Solutions does not sell customer's personal information to any companies or any other third party.
Bandwidth Overage
Bandwidth overage fees are in effect. If you pay ahead of time for extra transfer then the price is a lot cheaper. If you go over your given transfer quota, then their will be a overage fee. (1 Gb Transfer Overage -- $2.00)
Data/Backups
We are not responsible for creating backups for the customer. It is solely the customer's responsibility to backup their own data.
Payments
If a customer fails to pay his invoice on time, they will be given a three day grace period. After this grace period has past without payment, the customer's account will be suspended. If no payment is received a week after account suspension, the customer's account will be terminated.
Uptime
We make no guarantees on the uptime of your website due to the nature of our business. New threats arise daily and we are constantly working to protect against these threats.
