Terms Of Service

I. User Agreement

By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you agree and understand the terms outlined below. Our terms of service can be updated at any time. All services can be suspended or terminated for any reason under the discretion of DDoS Hosting Solution staff members.

II. Content

 

Violating any of the following actions will subject your account to termination without refund:

A. Child Pornography

Includes hosting or linking to child pornography on our servers.

B. Piracy

Includes hosting of cracked/nulled software, music, movies, etc. For first time offenses you will be notified to take down the offending content immediately. Repeat offenders will be subjected to account termination.

C. Botnets

Includes using any of our services to house botnets, zombies, or drones. All incidents will be forwarded to law enforcement.

D. Spam

Includes using our servers to send out unsolicited email, bulk email, or anything else that is considered spam.

E. Phishing

Includes uploading phisher scripts, or anything else designed to steal a user's private information.

F. Hacking Attempts

Includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to any of our servers using shells, bruteforcing, or any other malicious methods. All incidents will be forwarded on to law enforcement.

 

G. Abusing Staff Members

Includes being verbally abusive towards staff, being rude, or issueing any type of threats. DDoS Hosting Solutions reserves the right for it's staff members to use their own discretion in determining whether a customer violates this term.

III. Payment

A. PayPal is our only accepted form of payment at this time.

B. If you fail to pay your invoice on time, you will be given a three day grace period. After this grace period has expired without sucessful payment, your account will be suspended. If no payment is received a week after account suspension, your account will be terminated

C. PayPal Subscriptions are your responsibility to manage. Overcharges are not the responsibility of DDoS Hosting Solutions. Refunds for overcharges will be provided under the discretion of DDoS Hosting Solutions staff members.

D. Refunds

DDoS Hosting Solutions offers a 7 day money back guarantee for all Shared and VPS plans unless any of the terms outlined above were violated by the customer. Our DDHS Guard service is non-refundable.

 

IV. Privacy

DDoS Hosting Solutions keeps all customer information confidential. A customer's information will never be shared unless compelled by law enforcement. DDoS Hosting Solutions does not sell customer's personal information to any 3rd party.

V. Resource Usage

A. CPU

Any customer that uses 25% or more of our system's CPU can be subject to account termination or forced to upgrade.

B. Proxy Scripts

Proxy scripts are prohibited on our shared servers. They are allowed on our VPS plans. If you are found running any proxy scripts on our shared servers it will be removed and you will be issued a warning. For repeat offenses, your account can be subject to termination.

VI. Bandwidth Usage

Your bandwidth usage must stay within the set allocation of your plan. If your bandwidth usage exceeds this amount then your account will be suspended. If your account is suspended due to excessive bandwidth usage, then you can contact DDoS Hosting Solutions in order to purchase additional bandwidth.

VII. Customer Data/Backup

 

You are responsible for all your data. This includes data back ups as well. DDoS Hosting Solutions does not provide a backup service and is not responsible for your data.
